You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this site by anyone else.

All content on this site — including text, images, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to Magic Box by Melanie and may not be copied or reused without permission.

All prices are shown in euro (€) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We take reasonable care to ensure prices and product descriptions are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur — if we discover a pricing error on your order, we will contact you before proceeding.

Launch offers and discount codes (such as our limited first-20-boxes price) are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice.

Once online checkout is live, orders are processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe. A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability, in which case you will be refunded in full.

Delivery times and costs will be confirmed at checkout once shipping is enabled. Risk in the goods passes to you once the item is delivered to the address provided at checkout.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To cancel, contact us at carmenmelania1993@gmail.com. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods, and we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item, provided it is unused and in its original condition.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to services (such as in-person nail appointments) once they have been fully performed with your agreement, or to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Bookings for in-person nail services are arranged directly with Carmen Melania via phone, WhatsApp or social media. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or our products and services.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
